Hi, I’m Daisy and I’m located in Oakland, CA at East Bay Tattoos.

Please fill out the form below to request an appointment. A deposit is not needed to submit this form however, once we have a date set for your appointment, I’ll require a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to secure your slot. The deposit goes towards the final cost of the tattoo. For example, if your tattoo is $300, you’ll pay $250 the day of your appointment. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, your deposit will be credited at your final appointment.

All flash designs are repeatable, if you’d like one just for you, I can always tweak the design so you have your own unique work.
